Return Policy

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for a return.

For regular priced items, we offer returns for store credit only.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We accept returns within 10 days of receipt. Store credit may not be used towards shipping.  Please note, we do not refund your order's shipping costs.  

Items must be unworn, unsoiled, and in perfect condition. All items must be folded properly and any tags must be in place. Items that have been soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered, or missing tags will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment.

To initiate the return process:

1. Email to notify us and include the reason for return. Include your Order # in the subject of the email.

2. Safely package and send out your return. Make sure your order number is written on the package before you send it out. Please include the packing slip with your order number and note which items you are returning. You will be responsible for returns shipping cost, and we recommend using USPS as your carrier, as shipping lead times are 3-4 business days and they provide free tracking. 

*Remember we must receive your return within 10 days of initial delivery.

3. Once your package is received, the merchandise will be quality inspected.  Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt.  Mo'o Hawai'i is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. A team member will be in touch via email to finalize your return.

Please also note that items bought at any in-person event, such as Ho'omau Hawai'i Market are FINAL SALE.  They may not be returned.

Defective items:

We value 100% customer satisfaction. We will replace any defective merchandise returned to our office within 14 days of receiving the item.  No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser. Please notify us via email to start this process (
